Parks are Like Icebergs - a Vlog

Robert (Bob) Priebe, PhD, Registered Professional Planner (RPP), MCIP

"I have created a free vlog called "Parks Are Like Icebergs." I provide  park site and system planning and park services operationalization advice, as well as commentary on contemporary parks and land use planning issues of the day. My goal is to connect what you see above the ground (i.e., park amenities) to the underlying dynamic processes and factors used in decision-making that create and operationalize the spaces."
