APPI Event Lethbridge- In Conversation: bridging networks and community
Are you interested in learning more about a career in professional planning?
University of Lethbridge Students as well as professional planners practicing in the region and beyond, are welcome to attend this professional networking event hosted by the Alberta Professional Planners Institute (APPI) and the Community Planning Association of Alberta (CPAA).
"In Conversation - Bridging Networks and Community” is an opportunity for students and urban, rural and community planning professionals to have a conversation about the possible and meaningful impacts that students can make with their skills and education by pursuing a professional planning career.
The evening will include:
• A brief overview of who APPI and CPAA and the benefits of membership.
• Discussions hosted by a local professional representing a different piece of the community growth puzzle. Such as planners, developers, architects, community social development professionals, and related disciplines.
• An opportunity for students to ask APPI Council, CPAA Directors and professional planners questions about a career in professional planning.
A light meal and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided.
