2025 APPI Council Call for Nominations

On Thursday, May1, 2025, APPI will host its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually and will release the Council Election results at this meeting.

The term of office for two (2) members of the Alberta Professional Planners Institute (APPI) Council will conclude at the next AGM.  In compliance with the APPI bylaws, nominees are being recruited to fill two Councillor positions, for two-year terms commencing May 1, 2025.

The Nominating Committee is tasked with the duty of presenting the membership with a slate of nominees for vacant positions on Council, and the Committee is actively recruiting potential volunteers currently.

All nominations must be filed with the Nominating Committee via email to the APPI office at [email protected],  on or before 12:00 PM Thursday, February 27, 2025.

If you are interested in running for a position on Council, or if you would like additional information about serving on Council, please contact the APPI office at [email protected].

If the number of nominees exceeds the number of vacant positions on Council, ballots with voting instructions will be emailed in advance of the AGM to all APPI members eligible to vote with an electronic ballot link.
